Our attention has been drawn to the allegation of sexual advancement by one Miss Chiamaka Precious that Mr. Shedrack Love (CEO, Moon Lite Integrated Concept) often refers to as MEGA, through the former Social Media Manager (whose name we will beg should be ignored) of I Get The Face online Beauty Pageant as published by Creebhills (both in its blog and Instagram page) and MhizMuna on Nairaland. This and some other reasons led to a disclaimer by Bimbo Thomas who has initially supported the pageant. On receiving the news of the allegation, our disciplinary committee immediately commenced an investigation into the allegation and came out with these findings.
Truly, the former Social Media Manager for the pageant made a sexual advancement towards Miss Chiamaka Precious via instagram chat where some promises were made. But Mr. Shedrack Love never asked him or anyone to request for sex or bribe from Miss Chiamaka Precious or anyone. Every conversation they had was all fabricated by the former Social Media Manager who attested to the accusation. He has been initially dismissed because of some other misconduct. We also him ask to tender an unreserved apology to Miss Chiamaka Precious. This he did which was followed by Miss ChiamakaPrecious acknowledging and promising to let the public know about his action.
Apology TEXT to Miss Chiamaka Precious
As regard the Disclaimer by Bimbo Thomas, we wish to also apologize to her once again for the inconveniences these allegations may have caused. Our selection process was initially through the number of likes one gets across various social media platform, a couple of contestants allege the possibility of buying fake likes. We did an independent investigation and found out to be true. In order to curb this challenge, we reverted to the use of online voting platform. To completely eliminate the challenge of false voting a fee of thirty naira (N30.00) per vote was also introduced. But as at the time of making this decision, not all our sponsors and major supporters like Bimbo Thomas were available to be thoroughly briefed on the development. Although we had plans to communicate them via an email within the shortest possible time.
On behalf of the Management and Staff of Moon Lite Integrated Concept, we wish to tender apology to everyone that this whole incident may have affected especially our gorgeous and beautiful forty five (45) finalists, our sponsors and major supporters.
We also want to use this opportunity to draw the attention of the general public that currently our instagram account has been hacked and under the control by the Hacker who has change the name to @rightyou6548. We are currently making moves to restore the account. Kindly disregard any message from that account until we have completely retained the control. This we will communicate to you.
Main while, I Get the Face Beauty Pageant online voting will commence within the next 48 hours. This is to enable us communicate to all partiesinvolve in the project.
